About Us
We began as three providers in the Baltimore area eager to support our LGBTQ+ community through our career organization. In 2019, we launched with T-shirts, and we were truly amazed by the enthusiastic support from the fire department, first responders, and the community. This experience highlighted the importance and necessity of our mission.
In 2023, we officially became a 501c3 non-profit public charity organization.

We operate entirely on a volunteer basis and are dedicated to continually supporting the LGBTQ+ first responder community. Our growing organization aims to foster cultural change and promote acceptance. Love is Love!!
