Fundraisers
Paint nights, drag brunches, and community events that raise funds for RFP programs while bringing people together

Training sessions
Public training events open to departments and individuals — on LGBTQ+ awareness, inclusive language, and first responder mental health.

Casual gatherings for members and allies to connect, share experiences, and build the kind of relationships that make the job more bearable.

RFP attends pride events across the region — uniformed responders walking together as a visible act of solidarity.
